Good morning, good morning… Breakfast mini sandwiches to super charge you for the day. Literally takes 5 min to prepare, and you get a healthy breakfast. Omega-3 fats, proteins, fiber -all you need for a perfect start!

Start your day in a right way with these super healthy and beautiful crostinis.

Ingredients

  • 4 crisp breads
  • 4 tbsp guacamole
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • 1 oz microgreens of your choice
  • Chia, flax or sesame seeds to taste

Instructions

  1. Take whatever crisp breads you like. I use Wasa Flax Seed
  2. Spread guacamole on top. I use Avocado's Number Guacamole To Go by Trader Joe's. I like that it comes in little sealed packages, every time you use it, it' fresh!
  3. Add smoked salmon on top of guacamole.
  4. Top with microgreens and super seeds of your choice.
  5. Go out and make it a great day!:)
