Smoked salmon crostini

Good morning, good morning… Breakfast mini sandwiches to super charge you for the day. Literally takes 5 min to prepare, and you get a healthy breakfast. Omega-3 fats, proteins, fiber -all you need for a perfect start!
Smoked Salmon Crostini
Start your day in a right way with these super healthy and beautiful crostinis.
Ingredients
- 4 crisp breads
- 4 tbsp guacamole
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 oz microgreens of your choice
- Chia, flax or sesame seeds to taste
Instructions
- Take whatever crisp breads you like. I use Wasa Flax Seed
- Spread guacamole on top. I use Avocado's Number Guacamole To Go by Trader Joe's. I like that it comes in little sealed packages, every time you use it, it' fresh!
- Add smoked salmon on top of guacamole.
- Top with microgreens and super seeds of your choice.
- Go out and make it a great day!:)
